What is our approach?
- Step 1: Fill in the number and print runs and order the NFC Business Card
- Step 2: You will receive your login details for our dashboard by e-mail.
- Step 3: Log in with your login credentials in our dashboard
- Step 4: Fill in all the data you want to display on the NFC business card
- Step 5: Upload your unique design
- Step 6: You will receive your business card on your doormat within 3 days.
How does an NFC business card work?
A simple touch with a smartphone against an NFC visa card loads the contact information directly onto the device. You can save the data at lightning speed, without the need for an application. It couldn't be simpler.
Can I change my contact information later?
Some contact information may need to be changed later. You can easily do this yourself by logging into our system and then changing your details. Once you click on ''save'' the change is immediately made. You can change data as often as you like! It is also possible to transfer a pass to another colleague. This can be useful when someone leaves your employment.
How should I submit my design?
After ordering the product, you will be sent login details and instructions by email within 24 hours. From that moment you can login and upload the design in the dashboard. Once you have uploaded the design you need to click on the orange "submit" button in the dashboard. Our designer will then check the passes and take them into production if approved. If something is wrong, we will contact you by email.
When can I receive my NFC business card?
Once you have submitted your design and completed all details, you will receive the pass(es) on your doormat within 7 days.
Do I have to program my own data on the NFC business card?
No, we do this for you. We link the NFC business card to the dashboard. If you enter data in the dashboard, they will be visible immediately after scanning the card.
Are there monthly fees for the dashboard?
No, there are no monthly fees. You only pay the purchase price of the pass(es). Of course, you just have lifetime access to the dashboard.
What functionalities does the dashboard have?
The dashboard has many features and more are being added all the time. Here are some examples: You can easily manage/modify passes yourself. You can fully customize the page that is displayed after scanning the pass. In addition, you decide which data you want to show. Think of contact information, social media, FAQs, custom buttons, etc. By allowing a lead to use the ''leave data'' button, you can quickly retrieve contact information. You will then receive an email with the lead's details for possible follow-up. The lead receives your data. The data is also collected in the dashboard. Card Analytics gives you insight into all the data. There is also an Apple/Google wallet integration. Useful if you forget the physical card. With the CRM connection you can transfer lead data to the CRM system. Finally, you can download your QR code for use on promotional material or, for example, your e-mail signature.
Can I manage multiple passes in one dashboard/account?
You can manage multiple passes in the account. We have customers with hundreds of passes in one account. The management is always handled centrally by a person or group of persons within the organization. If you have multiple branches/companies, we will be happy to help you find the right structure for the dashboard. We will arrange this free of charge.
Can I easily add passes afterwards?
You can easily have us add passes within the account by sending an email to info@nfcw.nl. We will then ensure that the passes are added to the account within 24 hours.
How do you handle my data?
We handle your data with the utmost discretion. Our dashboard is secure and compliant with GDPR/AVG standards. Do you have specific questions about this? If so, please contact us.
Do I need to provide my own QR code?
No, you can easily add an automatically generated QR code on the design in our dashboard. You can scale, move and change the color of the QR code in our editor.
