Web store software

WooCommerce

Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services, are shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

Our web store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen AndersXL hosting for our web hosting. Personal information that you make available to us for the provision of our services is shared with this party. AndersXL hosting has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral data, heatmaps and session replays to improve and market our products/services.Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. In addition, we use this information for website optimization, fraud/security purposes and advertising. XL hosting

We purchase web hosting and email services from XL hosting. XL hosting processes personal information on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. XL hosting has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. XL hosting is bound to secrecy under the agreement.

E-mail and mailing lists

MailChimp

Our website uses MailChimp, a third-party provider that handles email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through MailChimp's servers. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e- mails are opened and read. XL hosting

We use the services of XL hosting for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. XL hosting has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Pay.com

For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.
