In our RFID shop, you can order RFID tags, RFID cards, and RFID keychains. We also offer RFID readers in our online store. With an RFID reader/writer, you can program and read your tags and cards.
Our RFID products are available with various chip types, so you can always choose a model that fits your system. The MIFARE Classic 1K, operating at 13.56 MHz, is the most commonly used chip and is suitable for access control, time tracking, and locker systems. If you’re working with a simpler system that only requires a fixed serial number, the EM4100 at 125 kHz is a cost-effective alternative, often used for basic access gates. If you have higher security requirements—for example, in government buildings or server rooms—the MIFARE DESFire offers the same functionality as the Classic 1K but with more advanced encryption.
The possibilities with RFID
You can use RFID for a wide variety of purposes. In offices and businesses, RFID controls access to buildings, conference rooms, and parking garages. At gyms and fitness centers, RFID tags open lockers and serve as membership identification. At winter sports resorts, you use an RFID pass to automatically pass through the chairlift gates. RFID is also a widely used solution for alarm systems: with an RFID tag, you can easily arm or disarm the system without a code or physical key.
In addition, RFID is widely used in logistics and inventory management. By attaching an RFID tag to products, you can quickly and accurately track the location of items and remaining stock in a warehouse, without having to scan each item individually. RFID tags are also used in healthcare, for example, to identify and track medical equipment or patient records.
