NFC tags have a certain amount of storage space, expressed in bytes, known as "capacity." This capacity determines how much data the tag can store. When choosing an NFC tag, it is important to consider the required capacity to ensure that all the desired information will fit on the tag.

The chip type refers to the technology and frequency at which the tag operates. Different chip types have different applications and properties:

125 kHz
This frequency is often used for simple applications such as access control and identification. It has limited read distance and data capacity.

MIFARE Classic 1K
This type operates at 13.56 MHz and offers larger storage capacity (1 kilobyte) and better security features. It is often used in public transportation, access control and loyalty programs.

UHF 860-960 MHz
Ultra High Frequency (UHF) tags have a much greater reading distance and can read multiple tags simultaneously. They are often used in logistics, inventory control and other applications where fast and bulk reading is required.
