How an NFC business card works
Order your NFC business card and upload your design in our dashboard, or choose one of our templates. Your card will be delivered fully programmed, so you can get started right away. Use the dashboard to fill out your profile with contact information, social media links, your website, a video, or a calendar link. Then, simply tap your NFC business card against someone’s smartphone, and your profile will appear instantly on the screen.

An NFC business card works by holding the card briefly against a smartphone. The phone reads the NFC chip and instantly opens your contact information. You save them immediately, without an app or extra actions.
Can I change my contact information later?
Yes, you can change your contact information at any time. You log in, modify and save your data. The change is immediately active. You can do this indefinitely and easily transfer the ticket to a colleague.
How should I submit my design?
You deliver your design via the dashboard. After your order, you immediately receive the login details by e-mail. You upload the design, click submit and we check the file. If approved, it goes directly into production. If something needs to be adjusted, we will contact you.
When can I receive my NFC business card?
You’ll receive your NFC business card within 3 business days after your design is submitted.
Do I have to program my own data on the NFC business card?
No, you don't have to. Your NFC business card is linked to the dashboard. You enter your data there and they are immediately visible after scanning the card.
Are there monthly fees for the dashboard?
No, there are no monthly fees. You only pay the purchase price of the pass. You get lifetime access to the dashboard without a subscription.
What functionalities does the dashboard have?
The dashboard gives you full control over your NFC business card. You manage and change cards yourself, set up the scan page in your own house style and determine what data is visible. You collect leads via a contact button, receive immediate notification and see all data in analytics. In addition, you have Apple and Google Wallet integration, CRM links and you can download your QR code for marketing and e mail.
Can I manage multiple passes in one dashboard/account?
Yes, you can manage multiple passes in one dashboard. You arrange management centrally for teams or organizations. Even with multiple branches, we set up the right structure for you free of charge.
Can I easily add passes afterwards?
Yes, you can easily add passes. You add them directly yourself in the dashboard or send an email to info@nfcw-shop.com. In either case, the passes are quickly available in your account.
How do you handle my data?
Your data is kept safe and confidential. The dashboard is secure and complies with AVG/GDPR guidelines. If you have specific questions, you can always contact us.
Do I need to provide my own QR code?
No, you don't have to. You generate the QR code automatically in the dashboard. You easily adjust format, position and color in the editor.
