3. Enter all the data you want to appear on the NFC Phone Sticker.
4. After ordering you will receive the phone sticker within 3 working days.
How does an NFC phone sticker work?
A simple touch with a smartphone against an NFC phone sticker loads contact information directly onto the device. You can save the data at lightning speed, without the need for an application. It couldn't be simpler.
Can I change my contact information later?
Some contact information may need to be changed later. You can easily do this yourself by logging into our system and then changing your details. Once you click on ''save'' the change is immediately made. You can change data as often as you like!
When can I receive my NFC phone sticker?
You will receive the sticker within 1/2 business day.
Do I have to program my own data on the NFC phone sticker?
No, we do this for you. We link the NFC phone sticker to the dashboard. If you enter data in the dashboard, they become visible immediately after scanning the sticker.
Are there monthly fees for the dashboard?
No, there are no monthly fees. You only pay the purchase price of the stickers. Of course, you just have lifetime access to the dashboard.
What functionalities does the dashboard have?
The dashboard has many features and more are being added all the time. Here are some examples: You can easily manage/customize stickers yourself. You can fully customize the page that is displayed after scanning the sticker. In addition, you decide which data you want to show. Think of contact information, social media, FAQs, custom buttons, etc. By letting a lead use the ''leave data'' button, you can quickly retrieve contact information. You will then receive an email with the lead's details for possible follow-up. The lead receives your data. The data is also collected in the dashboard. Card Analytics gives you insight into all the data. In addition, there is an Apple/Google wallet integration. Handy for when you don't have the sticker with you. With the CRM connection you can transfer lead data to the CRM system. Finally, you can download your QR code for use on promotional material or, for example, your e-mail signature.
Can I manage multiple phone stickers in one dashboard/account?
You can manage multiple phone stickers in the account. We have customers with hundreds of cards/stickers in one account. The management is always handled centrally by a person or group of persons within the organization. If you have multiple branches/companies, we will be happy to help you find the right structure for the dashboard. We will arrange this free of charge.
Can I easily add NFC phone stickers afterwards?
You can easily have NFC phone stickers added by us within the account by sending an email to info@nfcw.nl. We will then ensure that the stickers are added to the account within 24 hours.
How do you handle my data?
We handle your data with the utmost discretion. Our dashboard is secure and compliant with GDPR/AVG standards. Do you have specific questions about this? If so, please contact us.
