Thanks to its high UHF RFID sensitivity and integrated circularly polarized antenna with +7.5 dBic gain, tags are read reliably even in varying orientations and challenging materials. This makes the reader suitable for production lines, logistics processes and automated identification points.

Built-in edge computing for smart decisions

A key distinguishing feature of the IRX200 is its integrated edge computer. The combination of a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 and quad-core R5F co-CPUs allows reader apps to run locally. Native OT and IT integration

The Brady IRX200 supports both Profinet IO and an OPC UA Auto-ID server, making it immediately deployable within industrial automation environments. Through the Web management interface and RESTful services, the reader can be configured and managed centrally.

The IRX200 runs on 24 VDC via M12 connector and requires no external antennas or additional modules. Thanks to the integrated antenna and compatibility with VESA 100 wall brackets, the reader can be quickly mounted on machines, walls or production lines. Software management is via a Web interface or SSH, making maintenance and updates efficient.
