UHF RFID asset tags for reliable remote identification
These glossy white UHF RFID asset labels are designed for durable asset identification in demanding environments. Made of Brady B-423 polyester, the label is used for electronic circuit boards, components, nameplates and solar panels. The integrated UHF chip allows labels and cables to be read remotely with a portable RFID reader, significantly speeding up inspection and asset management and reducing human error.
The labels are suitable for industrial and technical environments where long-term readability, consistent performance and firm adhesion are required, even in changing conditions.
UHF RFID technology with wide read range
The asset label is equipped with a UHF RFID chip operating within 860-960 MHz and complies with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C. This makes the label compatible with common UHF RFID readers and existing RFID infrastructures.
The maximum read range is up to 9.0 meters, enabling remote identification in warehouses, production halls and facilities. The chip supports data storage or linking to an external database so that up-to-date information is readily available during inspections, maintenance and audits.
Durable B-423 polyester for extreme conditions
The label is made of permanent polyester B-423 and remains reliable within a temperature range of -70 °C to 110 °C. The material is resistant to friction, UV light, moisture, fuels, oils and various chemicals, ensuring the label remains legible for long periods of time.
In addition, the label is halogen-free and UL-recognized and CSA-approved for the white material. This makes it suitable for use in regulated industries where safety, documentation and material certification are involved.
Permanent adhesion and compact size
The permanent acrylic adhesive provides strong adhesion to smooth surfaces. As a result, the label remains firmly in place even in the face of vibration, temperature fluctuations and prolonged exposure to harsh conditions.
Measuring 45 × 18 mm, the label has a compact size suitable for limited areas. The rounded shape provides a neat finish and reduces the risk of loosening or edge damage during use.
Suitable for thermal transfer printing and Brady printers.
These UHF RFID asset labels are designed for thermal transfer printing and require an appropriate ribbon, such as M61-R6010 or M7-R6000. They are compatible with Brady printers such as the M610, M611, M710, BMP61 and BMP71.
Thanks to the use of Brady Authentic materials, labels and printers work optimally together. This results in consistent print quality, improved readability and reliable performance throughout the life of the label.
Applications in industry and asset management
These UHF RFID asset labels are used in building management, industrial, logistics, defense, healthcare, laboratories and manufacturing. They support asset tracking, general identification and maintenance processes where reliability, sustainability and traceability are key.
