UHF RFID technology with wide read range
The RFID flag label operates on UHF frequency within the range of 860-960 MHz and complies with the EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C standard. This makes the label compatible with common UHF RFID readers and existing RFID infrastructures.
The maximum reading range is up to 11 meters, allowing remote identification of cables and wires without physical contact. The applied NXP UCODE 8 chip provides stable performance and reliable data transmission, making the label suitable for inventory, inspections and maintenance operations.

Measuring 34 × 24 mm, this RFID flag label is compact and suitable for a variety of cable diameters. The matte white polypropylene material ensures clear visual legibility and prevents reflection under artificial light.
Designed for indoor use, the label functions reliably within a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C during use. The material itself can withstand higher temperatures up to 130 °C, providing additional security during occasional heat exposure.
Reliable adhesion and durable construction
The RFID chip is attached to an aluminum antenna using anisotropic conductive film adhesive. This construction ensures consistent electrical performance and stable readability over the life of the label.
The permanent acrylic adhesive provides strong adhesion to non-metallic surfaces such as plastics and cable jackets. As a result, the flag label remains firmly in place even under vibration or prolonged use.
Suitable for thermal transfer printing and industrial processing
The RFID flags are suitable for thermal transfer printing and can be printed with text, codes or additional identification. They come complete with RFID coding and are fully inspected during production.
The labels are wound outward and come in rolls of 500, with any deviating labels marked. They are compatible with industrial printers such as the Sato CL4NX Plus, ensuring efficient processing within existing labeling processes.
