Dual-frequency RFID labels for large-scale identification.

These dual frequency RFID labels are designed for professional applications where a larger label area and wide read range are desired. The combination of UHF and HF technology allows one label to be used within different RFID systems and processes. This makes the labels suitable for organizations working with multiple standards within logistics, industry, retail, media and product authentication.

The antenna is designed for use on non-metallic surfaces, allowing the label to function reliably on materials such as cardboard, wood, plastic and glass. Integration within existing workflows is therefore easy and without technical modifications, even with existing labeling processes.

Combination of UHF and HF in one RFID solution

The label supports both UHF and HF frequencies. The UHF portion operates in the 860-960 MHz range and complies with EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 and ISO 18000-63. The HF functionality operates at 13.56 MHz and conforms to ISO 15693. This allows the same label to be read with UHF readers for long distances and with HF readers for applications requiring short distance and precision.

The maximum read range at UHF runs up to 8.0 meters, making the label suitable for tracking, inventory management and logistics processes where fast identification and throughput are important.

Large size and durable polyester material

Measuring 66 × 46 mm, this RFID label provides additional space for visual identification and printing. The glossy white polyester material is hard-wearing and suitable for use in demanding environments. The label is usable for both indoor and outdoor use and retains its performance when exposed to UV light.

The label functions reliably within a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. The aluminum antenna is bonded to the chip with anisotropic conductive film adhesive, ensuring stable performance and consistent reading results.

Suitable for thermal transfer printing and industrial processing

Suitable for thermal transfer printing, these RFID labels can be easily labeled with fixed or variable information, such as text, bar codes or serial numbers. The labels come complete with RFID coding and are fully controlled during production.

The rolls are wound outward and contain 500 approved labels per roll. Any deviating labels are marked. The labels are compatible with industrial printers such as the Sato CL4NX Plus, which supports smooth processing.
