Durable UHF labels for Brady M710 label printers.
The B-483 UHF label material for the Brady M710 is designed for reliable identification and asset tracking in demanding environments. Tuned specifically for use with the portable Brady M710 label printer, these UHF labels offer the ability to print and apply labels virtually anywhere on-site. This makes them particularly suitable for maintenance, inspection and logistics operations where flexibility and speed are essential.
The label material combines the benefits of UHF RFID technology with extremely durable label construction, enabling both visual and digital identification within a single solution.
UHF technology with wide read range
The labels use UHF RFID technology and offer a reading range of up to approximately 9 meters. This allows remote identification of assets without direct line-of-sight or manual scanning. This supports efficient processes in inventory management, inspections and asset tracking.
The combination of RFID functionality with thermally printed information such as text or bar codes provides a versatile identification solution suitable for a variety of applications.
Designed for harsh industrial conditions
The B-483 label material is made of rigid polyester and designed for long-term use in harsh environments. The material is resistant to friction, high and low temperatures and exposure to solvents such as fuel, oil and water. This keeps the labels legible and functional even in heavy use or industrial environments.
The labels function within a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This makes the label material usable in industries such as manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure and technical services.
Strong adhesion to difficult substrates
The labels feature an acrylic-based permanent adhesive with properties that provide excellent adhesion to structured metals and plastics with low surface energy. As a result, the labels reliably adhere to virtually any type of asset, even under vibration, temperature fluctuations or rough surfaces.
Measuring 45 × 18 mm, the label provides enough space for clear marking without taking up much surface area.
Suitable for thermal transfer printing
The UHF label material is suitable for thermal transfer printing and requires the recommended print ribbon for optimum print quality. The labels are compatible with the Brady M710 and BMP71 (with label roller guide) and come as printer material in rolls of 100 labels.
All labels are fully verified during production and are designed for consistent handling in mobile and industrial printing applications.
Industrial and engineering applications
These UHF labels are used for axle tracking, bar code labels, electrical identification, data and telecom applications and general identification. The combination of durability, strong adhesion and UHF functionality make them a reliable solution for professional identification in demanding environments.
