HG International, known for its slogan “HG does what it promises,” operates in the home and garden cleaning and maintenance sector. With offices in Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Spain, the company wanted to modernize its business processes. We supplied 41 NFC business cards to facilitate the transition from paper to NFC business cards.
Objective
HG International is committed to quality and innovation. The move to digital NFC business cards makes sharing contact information faster and more efficient. No more hassle with outdated or lost paper cards. They also wanted to reinforce their sustainability goals by reducing paper consumption and waste.
The challenge
With offices in multiple countries, it was important to provide a solution that works both locally and internationally. The digital tickets needed to be easy to use for employees in different countries. In addition, it was crucial that the tickets show the correct language based on user preferences.
Work performed
We designed and delivered 41 NFC business cards that are easy to use without the need for an app. We also developed a dashboard that allows HG to easily update data and follow up on leads. The system allows cards to be managed and customized by country.
Results
The NFC business cards provided HG with immediate benefits. They save paper and network faster, both locally and internationally. Thanks to automatic language settings, communication runs smoothly. The dashboard provides insight into results and improves lead follow-up. They can also quickly adjust data as needed.
